y= 25°

z= 25° (alternate angles)

In triangle BAE

90°+25°+ ABE = 180°

ABE = 180° - 115°

ABE = 65°

ABE + x = 180° (linear pair)

65°+x = 180°

x = 115 °

Q30. Let Fatima's amt be x

Let Yamini's amt be y

therefore, x+y = 1000

(yamini amt + Fatima amt = 1000)
