SOLUTION

cosec A+ cot A= p.......(1)

Now,

= > cosec {}^{2} A- cot {}^{2} A= 1

=)(cosec A+ cot A)(cosec A- cot A)= 1

=)p(cosec A - cot A)= 1

=) cosec A- cot A= 1/p........(2)

Adding (1) & (2), we get

= > 2 \: cosec \: A = p + \frac{1}{p} \\ = > cosec \: A = \frac{ {p}^{2} + 1 }{2p} \\ = > sin \: A = \frac{1}{cosec \: A} = \frac{2p}{ {p}^{2} + 1} \\ \\ = > cos \: A = \sqrt{1 - {sin}^{2} } A = \sqrt{1 - \frac{4 {p}^{2} }{( {p}^{2} + 1) {}^{2} } } = \sqrt{ \frac{ {p}^{4} + 1 - 2 {p}^{2} }{( {p}^{2} + 1) {}^{2} } } \\ \\ = > \sqrt{ \frac{( {p}^{2} - 1) {}^{2} }{( {p}^{2} + 1) {}^{2} } } = \frac{ {p}^{2} - 1}{ {p}^{2} + 1 }

hope it helps ☺️
