Step-by-step explanation:

q. 1)given base=15cm, altitude=12cm Ne, area of the triangle= 1/2* base*height=1/2*15*12=89cm sq. q. 2)the area of the triangle=1/2*6.8*10=34cm sq

It is given that the area of the parallelogram is four times the area of the triangle .therefore the area of the parallelogram= 4* the area of the triangle=≈4*34 cm sq. Now the area of a parallelogram= base*altitude=17*Base. since the area of the parallelogram was 4*34 cm sq. therefore, =>17* base= 4*34. =>Base=4*34/17=8 cm

q. 3)area of the parallelogram= 6.8*7.5=51cm sq.

Area of the square=(7.1) whole square =50.41 cm sq. so, the area of the parallelogram is greater by(51-50.41) cm = 0.59 cm sq.

q. 4) circumference of the circle= 12+10cm=22cm. now ,2 pie. r=22

=> r=22/2 pie= 11 pie=11*7/22=7/2= 3.5 cm Therefore radius = 3.5Cm

now, area of the circle = pie * r ^ =22/7*3.5*3.5=11*3.5= 36.5 cm sq

q. 5) radius=7cm

circumference=2*22/7 *7=44cm

area= pie r^ =22/7*7*7=154cm sq

if the radius is rippled the new radius = 3*7 = 21 cm. if the radius is trippled the

cicumference increases 3 times the previous circumference. and the area increases 9 times the previous area.
