Can you please tell exercises form which I can get stamina I go for running 10 km and 5 set of 20 push up then other normal exercise​

Explanation:

i would first of all suggest you to eat something that gives you stamina for example go with a protein built food such as egg or soya

then you can do some sort of exercise such a s weight lifting and even pull ups and push ups would work wonders

you can also try tuckker exercises such as stand ups and squat and swimming can relax you body and you can give exercise to every muscle in your body

try shuttle cork and tennis sort of games to have a fun way of exercising
