so we have been given a triangle with the value of theta=60°

From theta the opposite side is CA which is 20m and adjacent side is AB.

Now we have to find out the adjacent side.

Now, we know

Tan theta=sin theta/cos theta

and

sin theta=opp/hyp.

cos theta=adj/hyp.

Therefore, Tan theta=opp/adj.

putting these values in tan theta we will get,

tan theta=20/AB

we know theta is 60°, so

tan 60°= 20/AB

therefore,

AB= 20/√3
