Explanation:

Isotopes are atoms of the same element that have the same atomic number but having different mass numbers (or) Isotopes are atoms with the same number of protons and electrons but differ in number of neutrons. Hydrogen has three naturally occuring isotopes namely Protium (1H1), Deuterium (1H2) and Tritium (1H3).
