 \sqrt{515 +  \sqrt{(178 +  \sqrt{324} )} }  \\

calculate the square root

 \sqrt{515 +  \sqrt{(178 + 18} )} \\  =  \sqrt{515 +  \sqrt{196} }    \\  =  \sqrt{515 + 14}  \\  =  \sqrt{529}  \\  = 23
