Ingredients
• 125g butter

1. Melt butter, sugar and vanilla in a saucepan over a medium heat.

4. Sift the dry ingredients with the help of a sieve.
5. Add the dry ingredients to the mixture and combine them with the help
of a spatula.
6. Pre-heat oven at 180 degrees Celsius.
7. Grease and line a tin with butter paper.
8. Pour the mixture into the tin.
9. Bake it for 45 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
10. Leave it to cool for 15 minutes.
11. Remove the cake from the tin and then cut it.
