therefore original no=
10(x)+1(11-x)
10x+11-x
9x+11....

therefore by interchanging the digits,we get:-
1(x)+10(11-x)
x+110-10x
110-9x

ACC TO QUESTION:-

ORIGINAL NO-NEW NO=9

9x+11-(110-9x)=9
9x+11-110+9x=9
18x-99=9
18x=9+99
18x=108
x=108/18
x=6
