After 20 yrs tells us the story of 2 friends who made a promise to meet at specific time and at specific place.
Bob and jimmy were friends when they were young .Before Bob left to the west to try for becoming successful they made their promise to meet .After 20 yrs Bob turns into a wanted criminal of Chicago while Jimmy wells an efficient police officer to who is given the job catch the criminal .At the appoint ment time Bob was standing outside the hardware store .A policeman walks up to him and asks what was he doing there, Bob explains how well he has done for himself .Later jimmy arrives , Both were unaware about each other but later jimmy realised through their conversations that Bob was that same wanted criminal of Chicago .And jimmy arrests him though he didn't had the heart to because he was his friend but as an police officer he did his duty indirectly.
