     I ardently believe in the quote of Thomas Edison: "Genius is 1% inspiration, 99% perspiration"; there is no substitute to hard work. As the saying goes "Hard work is the stepping stone to success". My definition of hard work is that which challenges you. All the successful people in this world have achieved success through hard work only. As Malcolm Glad well quite aptly mentions in his book "Outliers" about the 10,000 hour rule which states that success in most of the fields depends upon enormous practice and effort.
