One should definitely set aside his individual differences for a greater purpose.

  • Individual differences are the distinctive characteristics among people.
  • Each person has some unique physical and mental characteristics like different complexion, different heights, different levels of intelligence, etc.
  • But one should definitely look beyond these individual differences to achieve something great.
  • They should focus on similarities rather than on the differences.
  • They all should try to understand each other and work as a team.
  • They should behave in a cooperative manner to achieve there goals with minimum conflicts amongst themselves.
