Everyone has some moments in life where one has to take a leadership role and sail the ship. There are also several times in my life when I had to act as a leader.
Once I was part of an industrial automation project. The project was initially led by someone else. Just in the last nick of time, when the project testing was to be done, the project leader met an accident. I volunteered to lead the project, studied the whole project day and night, took others in confidence, engaged all team members to get prepared to challenge the testing of the project on supplier site. And together with the will and hardwork, we had a very fruitful testing session at supplier end
