Can you remove protons from a body to charge it?​

you can't really “remove” a proton from an atom in a way that “something happens” to the atom. The best you can do is to think about what a particular atom would be if it were to have one less proton (see below), but you can't actually get one like that by taking some atom and removing a proton.
