The Perfect square is also known as the whole numbers, following are the perfect squares, which  total numbers are the perfect squares: 1, 4, 9, 16, 25, 36, 49, 64, 81, 100, etc are the perfect square:

In the given question choices value "1057, 23453, 7928, and 222222"  is not a perfect square because its values end with "7,3,8, and 2 ", which is not in "0, 1, 4, 5, 6, and 9".

And choices " 1069 and 2061" is maybe a perfect square because its last digit has "9 and 1" but it can't a square number.
