Just keep on mind that No one is perfect in the world.
Second thing the skill is selfish skill of it is non-accomodative of others in society , other than your concerns.
Now if you follow the above two points Every skill comes on its own. No need to manoeuvre yourself, chane yourself, curse yourself or try to imitate others to cast and mould yourself.....
Just, think the uniqueness of every being, especially humans,.... Dont lose your that unique-self in you.
Just keep an eye on your surroundings and you will learn a lot by experien.
Hahaha ha... And why should we forget the moralising efforts of our parents and teachers or true friends.

Oh.. If you wish I can give you number of one my intimate who is a passionate photographer living in France.
Proper light and shade adjustments, orientation of subject, depth, highlighting part of subject as per need, right aperture, ISO etc are few things to master.
