 The answer is

  13 + 7 +  $\begin{pmatrix} 5\\ 3 \end{pmatrix}$ = 30  

13 + 7 + 10 = 30 .

= 5! / (5-3)! * 3!

=5 * 4 * 3 * 2 * 1/ 2 * 1 * 3 * 2 * 1
