Step-by-step explanation:

The 6th and 8th multiples of 5 are 30 and 40 respectively.

Their difference is 40-30 = 10.

Twice the difference means 10*2 which is nothing but 20

So, the value of the number is 20

Answer:

Let 'x' to be the given picture shown in the image.

Given that:-

x is twice the difference between the 6th and 8th multiples of 5.

So,here

6th multiple of 5:-

→ 5×6 = 30

8th multiple of 5:-

→5×8 = 40

So, 6th and 8th multiple of 5 are :- 30 & 40

NOW, we have to find the value of x .

→ Difference between 6th & 8th multiple of 5 is :-

   ⇒ 40-30 = 10

→ x  = 2×10 = 20

Therefore, value of 'x' ( picture in the question) is 20.
