can you store lemon pickle in aluminium utensil? explain

No..we can't do it because lemon pickels contains acid nd if we store it in aluminium utensils, acid will get react with it nd produce hydrogen gas which can spoil our delicious pickels.

Actually lemon pickle is acidic, it contains high amount of acid. If u taste it it feels sour, which is an indication of its acid contain. Lemon contains Citric acid in it.

Now aluminium(Al) is a metal which is too much reactive with acids, thus;

if lemon pickle is stored in Al utensils, the Al from the container surface will react with the acid to produce hydrogen(H₂) gas which will result in spoilage of the stored pickle.
