Here, particles includes atoms as well as molecules.

Given mass=100g

Molar mass of Hydrogen ( H2 ) molecules= 2 g/mol

Thus, No. of moles of Hydrogen = Given mass÷ Molar mass

= 100 ÷ 2

= 50 mol.
