. a competition should be arranged for students to make craft from school waste

(i)Planting of trees in the school.

(ii) Stop wastage of water , saving energy by switching off the un-necessary light and fans.

(iii) Reusing the paper or writing on both sides of the paper.

(iv) There can be more windows in school for natural light to save electricity.

(v) Compost pits may be made in safe comers of the school. Dumping of biodegradable waste such as fallen leaves, twigs, waste papers, left over food items etc. into the compost pit.
