Can you tell why there are more roads in the plains than in the hills?

Heya Mate

This is because Hills as you may know areas aren't equal at every place , somewhere it's too high and somewhere it is low. But plains are equal at everywhere. So it is easy to construct roads on Plains rather than Hills.
