1. Decompression sickness. This is also called as bends. This is caused due to the arterial embolism.
2. Nitrogen Narcosis.
3. Drowning accidents may occur.
4. There mightbe malfunctioning of the equipment.
5. Attack of some dangerous sea organisms may even cause death sometimes like during attack of any poisonous jellyfishes.
