canine teeth are very prominent in lions and tigers by tiger , while they are absent in cows and buffaloes what is the reason for this

Hey... I think this can be ur answer!!

Lions and tigers are carnivores and so canines help them to tear their food (meat) while buffaloes an cows are herbivores so they don't require canines for tearing their food....

Lions and tigers have canines because they tear up hard skin as they are carnivores and animals are the only food for them to survive.
Cows and buffaloes don't need canines because they eat grass and leaves which isint hard.
