Answer:

The current, i that flows through an inductor produces a magnetic flux that is proportional to it. But unlike a Capacitor which oppose a change of voltage across their plates, an inductor opposes the rate of change of current flowing through it due to the build up of self-induced energy within its magnetic field.

Explanation:

The electric field is form between two plate if Capacitor .

we know that

C = qv

we know that one plate of Capacitor is earth whose potential is 0 and another is charged .Due to charge present in another plate there will be production of electric field thats why Energy is store in Capacitor

so

Energy = ( cv^2)/2

For inductor according to Faraday law of induction when electric current passing through inductor there is production of electric flux which also produce temprory

magnetic field In inductor .

The two end of North and South is observed according to directions of current from sources .
