Whenever any business owner invest money in the business. Then in that case...
Cash is debited for the business while capital account is credited... Such as..
Cash A/c.. Dr. 500000
.. TO Capital A/c... 50,000
[ being cash is introduced in the business.]
This entry is same in any case... As capital is the liability of the business....
Note- whenever business start with cash than this entry will be use... Or sometime owner again introduced some cash in the business after some time... Than in that case, this same entry will be used....
