by using the formula,
v <= urg ( here,
u = coefficient of friction, mue
r = radius given
g = 10 m/s² )
now, putting the values, we get,
v <= 0.4 x 0.1 x 10
v <= 20 m/s
that is, the speed of the car is smaller than equal to 20 m/sec. (it can be 5 m/s or 10 m/s or 20 m/s too )
