car is travelling with a speed of 36km/h. The driver applies the brake and retards the car uniformly. The car is stopped in 10s. Find(1) distance travelled after applying the brakes.

36kmph=20m/s

a=20/10=2m/s²

s=ut+1/2at²=20×10+1/2(2)(10×10)=200+100

=300m
