car starts moving with constant acceleration covers the distance between two points 180 meters apart in 6 seconds. Its speed as it passes the second point is 45 m/s. Find its acceleration in m/s^2

Here's your answer!!

Let the velocity at initial position is vThen acceleration is given by a= 45-v/6

And applying second equation of motion,

180 = 6v + (1/2)((45-v)/6)6²

Then you get v = 15 m/s.
