1)  Rice is a  popular  main food for us, and  a healthy diet, but it is high in carbohydrates. A cup of boil rice contains 37 gm of carbohydrates.

2) Pulse grains are an excellent source of protein, carbohydrates, A cup of pulses contains 21 gm of carbohydrates.

3) we know lemon is a rich source of vitamin C, in spite of that lemon also rich source of carbohydrate. A cup of pieces lemon contains 20 gm of carbohydrates.

4)Carrot also contain carbohydrates, a cup of grated carrot contains 11 gm of carbohydrates.

So here we can see that all mentioned things are rich in carbohydrates.
