Carbon 'dioxide' is necessary for plants its true.

but with carbon dioxide, CARBON MONOXIDE and other gases is also released in atmosphere.

SO it is consider as pollution.

the leading pollutant ...though living organisms emit carbon dioxide when they breathe ,carbon dioxide is widely considered as a pollutant when it is associated with cars ,planes, powers and other human activities that involve the burning of fossil fuels such as gasoline and natural gas ......
