You get NaHCO3, via an overall reaction

Na2CO3 + CO2 + H2O ---> 2 NaHCO3

The Na2CO3 is of course dissociated into ions Na+(aq) and CO3-- , as also is the NaHCO3, as Na+ and HCO3-. You can look upon the CO2 as combining with the H2O to give carbonic acid H2CO3.
