carbon monoxide poisoning may occur under any circumstances where carbon contains compounds viz coal gass , oil etc. are burned with deficient o2 supply. what chemical reaction takes place ? what are consequences of this happening ?​

It can be treated with a carbogen mixture(95% oxygen and 5%carbondioxide)
