probability = no. of possible cases/ total no. of cases

1) possibilities for a prime number = 3, 5, 7, 11, 13, 17, 19, 23, 29, 31

prime numbers above 35 are not available because last card is 35.

No. of possibilities = 10

Total no. of cards = 18

Probability for a prime no. card = 10/18 = 5/9

2)

possibilities for a no. divisible by 3 and 5 = 15

probability for a no. divisible by 3 and 5 = 1/18

3) possibilities for a multiple of 7 = 7, 21, 35

no. of possibilities = 3

probability for a multiple of 7 = 3/18 = 1/6
