(a) There are 10 prime numbers between 1 to 30. which are : 2,3,5,7,11,13,17,19,23,29.

[10- because no. of prime numbers. 30- because total no. of cards are 30.

now, ATQ. it says prime numbers>7

so, 10-3 = 7. ( as there are 3 numbers which are <7.)

THEREFORE ANSWER TI THE QUESTION IS 7/30.

(b). Now, there are 5 perfect squares between 1 -30. which are: 1,4,9,16,25. Non-square numbers are- 25. (30-5)

THEREFORE ANSWER IS 25/30. Now we can further simplify it. (Optional)
