S= { 7, 8, 9,.....40} n(S) = 34

Event A :- card drawn will be multiple of 7

A = { 7,14, 21, 28, 35}

.•. n (A) =5

Hence, p(A) = n(A) = 5

-------- ------

n (S) 34

Therefore, probabloty of getting card multiple of 7 is 5 / 34
