It is quite true career building is not the aim of education. So the true goal of education is not only to equip man with all the basic knowledge, skills and training to do well in life financially, but also to prepare him to successfully deal with other physical, social, emotional, and spiritual challenges.

If you are educated, you become independent and you can do many things by yourself without depending much on others. It provides you basic confidence and you can survive in any part of the world. Hence, education is not for mere employment but for empowerment. Education is beyond employment and above enlightenment.
