hm.......we should control are angle well my mother says that whenever you are in anger stop doing reacting badly and count backwards from 10 -1 the anger will stop,punch pillow or take a rest . this reaction was not needed to do like it makes the image bad that's why we can behave madly .Plz mark as brainliest then I will follow you and help in every way
