 \beta  = 0.6 \\ we \: know.. \beta  =  \frac{v}{z} k \:  \:  \:  \:
Where z = amplitude of carrier wave
V = amplitude of modulating wave and k is a dimension less constant.
So solving we get v = 0.6× 15 =9 V ans.
