A carrot and two radishes were good friends. The carrot was orange in his color, while one radish was white in color and the other was pink. All of them lived together in a vegetable shop in a market. All of them were cylindrical in shape. Every day, they dreamt about being served as a dish to a rich person. They also hoped that the same person would eat them. The carrot was very tender and juicy, with a sweet taste. On the other hand, the radishes were fatter and firmer with a pungent taste. One day, a lady came to the shop to buy vegetables. She bought many vegetables including the carrot and radishes. She made stir fry with a few carrots and a curry with the radishes. The lady was an excellent cook and everyone appreciated her dishes.

Once upon a time there was a carrot and a radish who grew side by side in a garden. They became friends. They used to enjoy their life in the garden. They used to dance together when the wind blew over the area. Sometimes they would sing songs and swing in the breeze. The owner of the garden used to come and see all the fruits and vegetables growing in his garden. He was a very kind and gentle person. He was very fond of music and dance. One day when he came to see his garden, he noticed the carrot and the radish. A gentle breeze was blowing and they were singing and dancing joyfully. He was very pleased to see the sight. He called his children and wife to come and see the lovely sight. The little children were thrilled to see their dance, they also started jumping and dancing with joy. The owner and his wife were very happy to see all this. Soon the neighbours heard about the cute little carrot and radish. They also came to see them. The carrot and radish enjoyed all the attention and danced even more gracefully. The newspaper reporters came to know about them and came to see them. They came and took pictures of the carrot and radish and the next day their picture was printed on the first page of the newspaper and they became famous as 'The unique dancing partners in the garden'.
