Answer: if we plant carrots next to onions the carrot can't grow because the onions will observe more water than the carrots . same for that the tomatoes can't be grown next to brinjals because brinjals will observe more magnesium present in the soil and tomatoes need magnesium too. So brinjals can be grown next to tomatoes. same for capsicum it too observes a lot of nutrients from the soil to produce

Example - potassium,water, magnesium and other nutrients.
