Carry out the following conversions:

3. This conversion takes place in two steps. Firstly, ethanol is converted into Acetaldehyde with the help of Potassium Dichromate and dil. h2so4. Secondly, Acetaldehyde is converted to Ethanoic acid with the help of Chromium Sulphate which also gives water as a biproduct.
