Answer:

                                    THE CART

Once upon a time in a faraway land, there lived a honest man who used to earn his bread by farming and selling the products in the nearby market. He was poor but that never made him take a dishonest path. One day, while he was returning from the market, his cart stuck in a muddy road. It had just stopped raining and the entire road from the market to his home was muddy. He whipped his bullocks so that they pull the cart with more strength but all the efforts were in vain. He prayed to the god Hercules to help him out from such a mess and his prayer came to real life. However, instead of helping the man with the cart, he asked him to put his shoulders to the wheel. After a few attempts, the cart moved and got out of the mess. He thanked god for his help but Hercules replied that god helps those who want to help themselves at the first place and vanished in the air.
