I disagree, Cartoons mostly do not show violence. Often times it's video games which spread brutality. This destroys a child's whole personality and makes him savage.It increases intensity of anger and make him violent on loosing and through through the graphics. In contrast with cartoons, child do not loose or win. So, this don't effects the child.

Some Cartoons has violence but some are not because of the agressive animation so that its violent, but some how i guess that video games has more violent parts like shooting games or zombie games.
