   87-year-old female

   Decreased peripheral vision on visual field testing

   Tonometry shows increased intraocular pressure

ASSESSMENT:

   Open-angle glaucoma

   Xerophthalmia

PLAN:

   Schedule laser trabeculoplasty

   Recommend eye drops to help with xerophthalmia
