3. Atmosphere -  It is the air part of the ecosystem and it is the largest part of the ecosystem. All birds and flying animals have their life in that region.
4. Biosphere -  It is the region of ecosystem where all living forms exist.  All types lithosphere, hydrosphere, biosphere, atmosphere comes under Biosphere.
