firstly rights of children :--
•Right to education provides free and compulsory education to children of 6 to 14 years of age under articles 21 (a)
•Article 24 prohibits employment of children below the age 14 years in factories , mines and other hazardous occupations.The practice of bonded labour has been declared unlawful.
Now rights for women :--
•Right to equality provides that there should not be any discrimination on the basis of caste , colour , creed , gender , economic status or religion .
Rights for weaker sections:--
•Right to equality guaranteed by Indian constitution.
•Article 29 and 30 provides protection to minorities and weaker sections
