To Find : does these houses form a right angle triangle
Solution:
A ( 7 , 5)
B ( 2 , 3)
C ( 6 , - 7)
AB = √(7 - 2)² + (5 - 3)² = √5² + 2² = √29
AC = √(7 - 6)² + (5 - (-7))² = √1² + 12² = √145
BC = √(2 - 6)² + (3 - (-7))² = √(4)² + 10² = √116
29 + 116 = 145
=> AB² + BC² = AC²
Using Converse of Pythagoras' theorem
