According to the question,

Let the number of 25 Paise coin = 2x

Therfore,

Number of 50 paise coin = 2x

Total money = Rs 25 =25×100=2500 paise

25x+100x=2500 paise

125x=2500 paise

x=

125

2500

=

5

100

=20

Since,

x=20

Number of 25 paise coin=x= 20

Number of 50 paise coin =2x = 2×20=40
