Equality before Law
Article 14 of the Indian constitution ensures that every citizen shall be likewise protected by the laws
of the country. It means that no one is above the law, and that all citizens, as well as non-citizens, who
are living in this country, shall be treated equally by the law, irrespective of any distinction in caste,
creed or religion.
Social Equality and Equal Access to Public Areas
Article 15 of the constitution of India states that no person shall be prejudiced on the basis of color.

bathing ghats, museums, temples, etc.
